At Twinkle Pay, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Hygiene or personal care items once opened
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you would like an exchange, please contact us first before sending any items back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived damaged

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
