Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be longer during busy periods, promotional events, or holidays.

We currently ship to customers within the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.


3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
  • International Delivery: 5–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

5. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Twinkle Pay is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate at checkout.

If incorrect information is provided and the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
